Volvo Repair: check e light and arrow, code faults, hydraulic failure

I have a 99 c 70 and after changing the tcm and the input speed sensor I still have the cel and arrow. i'm at my wits end. I changed the pnp switch, abs control unit and a sensor on the right of tranny by the firewall. somebody give a solution please I'm going broke!

The Check engine light is most likely registered the code "faults exist in TCM".  The If all those components have been replaced already your most likely code stored is one of 2:

1. Incorrect gear ratio
2. Hydraulic failure/stuck

The solution to both however is to replace the transmission.  You are really going to have to take the car to a volvo dealer or specialist to get the official diagnosis however because you don't want to play guess work if you want to replace a transmission.
