Volvo Repair: headlamp replacement, h7 bulb, low beam

Question
Roger, The low beam headlamp went out in my 2004 V70. I can
see how to replace the high beam lamp but the low beam seems
to be different. Any tips? Thanks

Dave, I hope you have small hands.  they are basically tight.  remove the black cover from behind and remove the connector.  Then the bulb is held in by a clamp thing.  Push down and move it to the left, bulb will come out.  Notice that it can only go back in one way.  The low beam is a H7 bulb.
