Volvo Repair: Just Got Used 98 T-4 Right Signal goes 100mph?, left turn signal, mechanical skills

Hi I have average mechanical skills, just after buying a 98 T-4 Yesterday I relized that the right turn signal was going super fast but the left turn signal is normal? Is this a signal somethings going wrong or is there sometype of flasher issue?

Hi Bret...
            Most of the time that that happens is a bulb problem...bad bulb...or wrong bulb...or corroded conection.
         There is a simple solution...replace the bulb.
          ONLY use bulbs of original manufacturer.
