Volvo Repair: a/c heater control, vacuum line, feed test

Question
i have a 1991 740 non turbo i recently put in a new a/c control unit  and now i have no defrost or a/c . my blower is new  new fuses  my heater core recently was flushed  but i have not got any forced air coming out of my defrost  checked vacuum  within specs all electrics hooked up correct  gate moving according to volvo specs short of buying new dash can you help me my mechanic is of no help as he has done everything he can think of thank you

     WOW!!
         I'm thinking about all the many connections that are dependent on each other.
        You'll have to test a lot of things..a test light will be your best friend.
       Make sure ground wire to heater is good.
            Find hot feed...test it and work your way back from there.

   I don't think a messed up vacuum line wound stop fan motor.
  Maybe,someone dropped pencil down defrost duct....it happens.
