Volvo Repair: fuel pump replacement, fuel gauge, turbo model

Question
I have a 1994 non-turbo model 850. I need to replace the fuel pump. Should I try for a used pump or buy new and if thelatter, what is the better -Bosch or Wella? I need to get this done ASAP.

Hello Valerie, Fortunatly Volvo made the fuel pump and the fuel gauge sender two different units.Thats a plus. If you enjoy the car and plan to keep her,get a new one,you can replace it yourself and stick with Bosch.Don't neglect the fuel filter,replace with new. thank you and good hunting!  PKD
