Volvo Repair: 1987 240 Station wagon rear seat, rear seat, station wagon

Question
Rear seat "fold-down" latch is broken, cables gone. How can I fold down the seat? Can't find anything in the repair manual(chiltons)

I have not looked at one of these in so long.I have actually not worked on many of these 3rd seats.I really could not say how to fold it.I would need to see it.I would try stoping by the local dealer if possible or any mechanic and maybe they could fold it down.
