Volvo Repair: Changing belts, crank pulley, bolts and nuts

I have a 240 gl 82 model w/A/C. How do you remove the belt from the harm. bal. to the A/C compressor? I am changing all bejts and need to remove this belt.

the crank pulley is 2 piece.there are 10mm bolts and nuts holding the outer part on remove these and the outer section will come off there are shims on the outer and on the inner pulley halves you will need to remove shims between the inner and outer pulley as a new belt will be shorter.
