Volvo Repair: Steering noise, volvo wheels, factory wheels

I just purchased a used '98 S70 Base model.

Sometimes when I turn the steering wheel I hear a rubbing &  squeking type of noise. Can you give me an idea of what this might be?

Also, It came w/ hubcaps. I'd like to dress it it up w/ Volvo wheels. I've been told to be careful, not all wheels whill work. What wheels will work?

you can add factory wheels, i cannot list the ones that will fit, i would have to see them to know. toooo many variations honestly as to the squeak noise, you probably just have a dry steering stop. you can lburicate them, but after use the grease washes away. and the noise comes back.
