Volvo Repair: OBD code p410, s70 glt, air injection

Question
I am getting a P410 code check engine light on
my 1998 s70 glt. My analyzer reads air injection mal function. Do you have any ideas
on what could be the problem, or what components
I should look at?

I am not familiar with the generic codes.the things I have seen on the air injection system are bad air pump relay bad air pump or bad diverter valve.the valve is  the silver valve near the exhaust.the pump and relay is under the front headlight area.
