my favorite job is car designer but I dont know how I can  be a car designer?............thanks

 You are one of MANY people trying to get these jobs.  Getting a job like this is like winning the lottery.  Most of the time people get these jobs by going to an art school and getting a design degree.  There are "Automotive Design" courses you can take there.  Good Luck
