Cadillac: Fuse Box, electrical schematics, fuse box

I have a 1992 Cadillac Deville and my dash board lights and digital gas gage has went completely out I have checked the fuses under the steering wheel and none of those are blown out. I was told there is another fuse box somewhere but where? My second question is why have they blown out.

Could be a fault in the dash board wiring or the dash board itself and or a faulty wire with the fuel gage or a faulty fuel gage. You will need electrical schematics in order to track down the problem provided you know how to read them and perform the necessary test procedures.
