i have a 1994 Cadillac Seville SLS. once i put it on drive, it jumps/ it makes a noise like it had trouble getting into drive. do you think it's the transmission?

Check your transmission fluid level with engine at normal operating temp.

Is your idle speed to HIGH ?.

You need to put a pressure gage on the trans to see what your pressures are at.

When was the last time you replaced the trans fluid and the trans filter ?
