Dear Tom: I conducted a diagnostics using off, on buttons from climate control. Tom I need to know what these codes mean. e30, e91, e97, e98 for a 1992 cadillac sedan deville.

AnswerE30 = ISC (idle speed control) motor RPM out of range.
E91 = PRNDL (neutral starter safety switch) problem.
E97 = Park to Neutral/ Drive to reverse engagement problem.
E98 = Park to Neutral/ Drive to reverse ISC engagement problem.
What you need is 8 to 10 pages of diagnostic procedures and several PICTURES in order to do the diagnostics on these codes.
