i'm having headlight problems the high / low beams are not working. the marker lights, taillights are working. there is no power to the headlights them selfs

Let me guess, A 1940 roadstar.

Could be a faulty:

head lamp switch.

head lamp dimmer switch.

control relay.

maxi-fuse in the under hood fuse block.

faulty grounds.
