Cadillac: Cadillac 1990 Seville, reputable facility, auto theft

Auto theft won't let me start veh.  I reviewed the antitheft solution in the Cad. section about cutting white wires and soldering resistor.  It didn't work.  Any other ideas?

By-passing and or fooling the anti-theft is not that difficult. However, I cannot give you any information on this subject as I have no way of knowing if you are the actual owner of this vehicle.

Your only option is to have a reputable facility who will check to be sure that you are the registered owner of the vehicle BEFORE any work is performed.

I realize that this is NOT the answer you are looking for, But you have to put yourself in my position.
