Chevrolet: 95 Camaro a/c, air leak, pully

I have a 95 camaro with a 3.4 in it.It has been sitting for a little over a year  nowi have it on the road and running but there is a problem with the a/c  compressor i guess  it's making an aweful noise  almost sounds like a sqealing belt or an air leak i was wondering if there was an easy fix for it.

HI well due to it sitting so long the pully is rusted, it should go away, you can try some belt sweak stop spray. and if it will not work I would have a new belt put on it. to be safe. ok- I hope you changed the oil and filter also flushed the coolent system out. check the filtres.  and  check the brak fluid too;
