Chevrolet: 85 monte 4.3 hesitates at 40+ mph, battery bosch, backyard mechanics

hiya rodger this is my 1st attempt at backyard mechanics. ive had this car in storage for a year and recently put in a new starter, battery, bosch+4plat plugs,accel after market wires, fuelpump+filter+tank and now that it runs ive taken it for a test drive and it hesitates in the 40+ range. any advice would be much appreciated.

HI  well what did you set the plugs at ?
and if it has been sitting  for a year - I would flush the fuel out or get the fuel filter out and change it. add some  winterizing  antifreeze, flush the line if need be.  ok and check for spark, if none-check cap- wires-rotor-points-condensor. etc.  ok
