Chevrolet: seat belt, checy tahoe, plastic insert

I no this is not a major deal but I have a 2002 Checy Tahoe that has the front seat belt coming out of the seat. The roller inside the seat squeaks terribly any time you move. The seat belt goes through a plastic insert into the seat. Is there a way to remove this and get access to the roller to lubricate it or am I stuck with the noise. IF so I would greatly appreciate the advice.

Hi  I  only do the  older years , but if there are screws on it than you can but if there is no way to remove it , as some   are made when the belt goes threw than the rest is crimped on to it.  try some spray silicone with the spray straw. if that will not do it  nothing will .  do not get it on the belt if you can help it.
