Chevrolet: I have a 1995 Cavalier. When..., foot on the gas, cavalier

I have a 1995 Cavalier. When I put my foot on the gas I hear a creaking sound as if I was walking down a bunch of old stairs and I hear the same sound when I put my foot on the brake. I have no idea what this could be. Please Help!...Thanks

          When you hear the sounds it could be that something  under the hood is loose or in need of replacement
if it is not causing the car to run bad or act up or it drives ok, it might be a simple thing to fix ,I would have it looked at soon before it could turn into a big thing. OK
I would have to be in it to find where it is comming from.
