Dodge: repainting dynasty, dodge dynasty, cheap paint

i have a 90 dodge dynasty.  it is in need of a paint job badly.  had is painted (original grey) a few years ago at econo-paint(name should have given it away) no shine, looks like a primer coat now.  runs good worth about $1000.00, so i don't want a expensive paint job just a good one any suggestions?

You can get a fairly nice paint job at these econo-paints,facto-bakes etc.You just have to tell them when they paint it that you want a shine.They usually just put a basic paint job on them.A clear coat over the paint will make it shine.But you need to remember that this is just what these places are for..cheap paint jobs.RamMan
