How do you replace heater core in 1991 Ford Ranger XLT 4 cylinder.  Trying to help out an elderly neighbor.

Hi,

You are very lucky!  This is an easy heater core to do.

Disconnect hoses and cap heater core ends to reduce3 spills in the cab.
Behind the glove box, remove 4 heater core plenum (cover) screws and pull core back and down.

Reverse to install
