Ford: 98 ford tracer, pressure test, fuel pressure

I have a 98 ford tracer that all the sudden it stop running. I thought it was the fuel filter and change it.that was not it,I had a friend do a pressure test on the fuel line,it had 4 psi. so I put a new fuel pump in. the car still wont run...I"am a 46 year old man ready to give birth. What the heck is wrong with this car?

What is the fuel pressure now?  It should be 35-45 psi with key on and engine off.

What codes if any are stored?

Do you have good spark?

Are all fuses good?
