Ford: struts and tires, dealer ship, ford escape

I went to a place other than ford to get tires and strut replacement.  The tires put on my Ford Escape were 215/65/R15.  This size is not listed on the door and the shop is telling me these tires are OK.  ???.   Also, I had the struts replaced at the cost of $600 and it still clunks.  Now they are telling me I need an additional part which attaches to the strut.  What do you think?

Tedi at our dealer ship if we diagnosed a vehicle and it was wrong then the customer is not to pay any more. but if the noise is not the same or has a different sound then they are reasonable. or 1 pays for the parts and they eat the labor that called meeting half way.    And your tire size is 225-70r-15
