hi i have a 1969 mustang im dong the ? i have is i put starters in it keeps striping the teeth of the starts it has a 351w with a c4 and it all new the starts last about 6turns over

There are 2 different diameters of flexplate... make sure that you have the correct one... also... did yo uinstall the thim aluminum plate between the motor and trans? That is crutial as it is the starter shim... you might also need to install additional shims...
