Could you tell me were the location of a relay fuel pump is located in a 1984 Thunderbird with a 3.8 engine?

there is no relay for a 1984.the fuel pump on your car is mechanical,its connected to the block.a relay was used in newer cars with high pressure in tank fuel pumps.the reason is the new fuel systems have much higher fuel pressures do to fuel injection.hope this helps.
