Ford: service engine light, ford f 250, jusk

Ragu, my service engine light came on and i just had the oil changed 2 weeks ago, what else could cause the light to come on, is there something else i should change or check, this is a 2001 ford f-250

cathy find out what grade oil they used if they put 10 w 30 this will make the light come on and what brand if you went to oil well, quick lub ,presion tune ,your jusk looking for trouble we have nothing but trouble with these quick lub places they use a refine oil no matter what they say,it comes out of a drum,and there is no telling what,also go to your auto zone and have them pull the code up and let me know what it is.
