Ford: driveabilty, fuel pressure regulator, scan tool

1995 f-series bucks on lite accel. replaced all igntion componets except module on fender.I ckd fuel presser ok.

there is a fuel pressure regulator on the fuel rail,at the rear drivers side on the intake manifold,i would bet thats the problem.i have changed 30 of these in the last 2 years,with the same problem you have .hope this helps.also putting a scan tool on the truck would narrow down the problem without spending lots of money for nothing.hope this helps.
