Ford: 96 taurus, ford tuarus, radiator hose

Question
A radiator hose blew on a 1994 ford tuarus 3.0 as the car was being driven.According to the driver the engine was shut of before it over heated but now it won't start now.it turns over and acts like it wants to but won't fireover.It's getting spark and when I check the plugs are wet so i believe it getting gas and spark..I'm lost man!?

Dennis  if this vehicle 94  or 96 ? if it is a 94 then it  has a dist cap remove it and see if it is wet in side if so spray it ONLY  with silcone spray to remove the mosture ,and if the plugs are wet then thay are gas fouled and they need to be replace.you can not clean them .let me know
