GM-GMC: axle ratio, ring and pinion gears, rear axle ratio

Question
I have a 92' chevy full size blazer 4x4 with a 350 and i need a new rear axle but the sticker in the glove box is scratched off. Do you know the rear axle ratio?

I do not know what you ratio would be if we got a vehicle in the shop with a scratched off sticker were pulling the rear diff. cover and counting the ring and pinion gears teeth then to figure out your ratio divide your ring gear teeth count/ pinion gear teeth count or you can do that here http://www.snoman.com/HTML/axlecalc_5a.html If you do have to do this one way that you can do to help you is wipe off the oil on a tooth on both gears and place a dab of white out on that tooth and use that as your starting tooth to count.
