Honda: honda civic timing., honda civic, cam gear

On the cam pulley there are two sets of marks one has two lines and one has three sets. Can you tell me what lines to use for setting timing.  95 Honda Civic

you should see the word      up     guess where that goes and two marks opposite each other the two marks should be flat and parallel withe the plastic cower behind the cam gear.You may want to check a manual or the internet for pics.Sorry this may not be a great explanation.
