Honda: remote starter, remote starters, cold climate

Question
when using the remote starter the car stays on for five minutes then it shut it self off can you tell me why it does and how can it be fixed

I'm not to familiar with remote starters,I think its more of a cold climate thing.I think it most likely shuts off after five minutes to prevent a car from accidently being turned on and running all night.You need to find out who made the starter and ask if their is a setting that can be changed.sorry I cant help more
