right turn signal always blinking even when car is not running 1996 honda accord how do i fix this

Wow, I have no idea.  Is it only when the switch is in the right position, or also when it's in the middle?  I know that the hazard lights blink when the car's off.  Maybe somehow your car thinks the hazard lights are activated...but only for the right side.  Try to find the hazard/turn indicator relay and look for trouble.
