Honda: honda rpm idle, honda accord, rpm

what's wrong with the car if the rpm idle is not working? it's a 1995 honda accord.

You'll need to elaborate.  "Not working" can mean many things.  Is your idle too low, or is it too high?  Does your engine idle roughly, or smoothly?  Is there a constant rpm that your engine idles at, or does it fluctuate?  Does it happen when the engine is cold, or when it is warmed up?  Please advise.
