My friend has lost all his compression in his 1998 honda civic and is looking to purchase a good used engine. can you find me one.

Here on e-bay.  That's the simple answer.  Depending on how much money your buddy's got, he may want to look into the K series(also for sale on e-bay).  They're newer, so more expensive.
