Mercedes: water leak, clk 320, water leak

After heavy rains the floor boards of my clk 320 is full of water, seats are dry. where do i start to look

I would check around the windshield where the hood overlaps. The drains may be stopped with debris. You could have someone dump water from a water hose while you inspect under the dash for drips. I would also check to make sure that the door gaskets are seating properly.
