Mercedes: 1990 350SDL blower motor location, mercedesshop, blower motor

My fan worked occasionally, then stopped all together.  I had the local mb shop take a look and said regulator was fine and I needed a new blower motor.  Can you tell me how to get to it so I may take it to an electrical shop to see if it can be repaired?  Thanks, Jeff
