Mercedes: Locking system, mb diesel, vacuum diagrams

Question
1982 Mercedes 380SL, 190,000 miles, Tucson, AZ

After standing for a long period of time, when I go to unlock the car from the driver's side, only the driver's side door unlocks.  After running the engine for a short period, all locks will operate normally (both lock and unlock). Do I have a leak in the hose system or is the storage tank faulty?  I have looked for the storage tank and cannot locate it.
