Mitsubishi: 1991 Eclipse timing and head bolt torque, intake manifold gasket, bolt torque

I've lost the repair manual and I need the timing positions and head bolt torque.  Just replaced the head gasket and intake manifold gasket, but I can't find the book and I don't remember the right settings for this car.

The timing marks are on the gears, they should be nearest to each other as possible. Here are the torque specs:

Cold engine, 65 to 72 foot pounds
