Mitsubishi: Pricing Question, head gasket, inferior materials

I need to order a Head Gasket and a Water Pump with Gasket set.  Called Autozone they priced both for $149.00 and then I called dealership they quoted $220.00 for both.  Does it really matter who I get the parts from?  In other words, is the high price one better or should I get the same results from the lower price.

To get a lower price is because the parts could be manufactered from cheap, overseas labor and inferior materials and the fit might not be 100%. Generally, the dealer part will also have more in the package. I would do the right thing and get the dealer parts. But, that's just my opinion.

So which way did you go?
