fining and changing a starter in a 1994 gt 3000

The starter is located at the bottom, to the rear just below the firewall. Disconnect the battery first, the remove the bolts that hold the starter to the bell housing of the transmission. Disconnect the wires on the back of the starter. Reverse this for installation.
