can i put a P205/65r15 tire on a P195/65r15 rim and reverse.

or can i just switch both rim and tire between cars

Not sure what you are talking about here. No year make or model but I can tell you that any 15 inch tire will fit on a 15 inch wheel. The above should work, you will simply have a larger and smaller size tire. Go to the Tirerack.com for better tire info and wheel info
