Oldsmobile/Buick: 1968 Olds Toronado, vacuum line, olds toronado

I have hideaway headlights on my 68 toro, but now they don't move when I turn them on. Any advice?

I'm not at all familiar with the 68 Olds Toronado headlights.

From what I can remember the headlights are activated by  an electronic motor or a vacuum line.

A certified mechanic should easily be able to fix the problem.
