Saab: Saab 9-5 engine noise, wrist pin, engine noise

Hi Jerry,
I read your question on the engine sound from your Saab 9-5. Was it the wrist pin? I have a similar situation, everything looks good, but the car is still making noise.
An update would be great!

 I am not quite sure of your question, nor frankly do I recall any Saab 9-5 wrist pin related noise. Could could you clarify, please?  Also, noting my profile, you will see that my hands-on experience is limited to the older 900s...although I could advise about a general engine question, however.

OK  NOW I understand, having looked over some history. "Bill" was the individual that had the wrist pin problem...I simply provided my opinion. Since I never heard back from Bill as to what happened, I do not know what his outcome actually was. Hope this helps.
