Saab: car, phillips head screws, saab 900

i have a 1992 saab 900 turbo and tail light r on a got the new part but cant figure out how to get the dash offf can u help me

   I am not sure I understand your question, but the way to get your instrument panel off is to locate 4 long phillips head screws along the front bottom edge of the instrument panel  pointing upward and remove...they are different lengths so be sure to recall which screw goes where. You can feel them by sliding your finger along the bottom edge of the instrument panel...2 are on each side of the steering column.
 Once removed, you can pull the whole instrument cluster out of the dashboard towards you.
