Toyota: passive anti theft device, antitheft device, passive alarm

I just purchased a 1999 Camry and my insurance company is asking if it has a "passive" antitheft device installed. How can I tell?

Answer
Roll down the passenger window, and lock the car. 2 minutes later, reach in thru the open window, and unlock the car from the inside lock button, and open the door with the outside handle.

If the horn starts to beep, and the lights flash, you have a passive alarm. If not, no alarm is installed.

To stop the alarm, if it goes off, cycle the key in the ignition on-off 5 times.
