Toyota: 1995 toyota previa air conditioning, 1995 toyota previa, r134

Question
Does my 1995 toyota previa recharge with R12 or R134?  The standard hose to recondition with R134 does not fit.  If it is R134 can I buy an adapter?

Answer
You have R-12 in your vehicle.
You cannot purchase RT-12 any longer.
What you CAN do, is to purchase a retrofit kit.
You WILL NEED, however, the AC system COMPLETELY EVACUATED of ALL of the R-12. Only a qualified AC professional has the evacuation equipment. Just opening the valve and letting the R-12 leak out is not only bad for the ozone layer, it STILL leaves R-12 traces in the system. This is best left to a Pro.
