Toyota: 96 Camary 3rd brake light replacement, auto parts store, screws

Dealer want $24.00 to replace the bulb in the top break light. How can I do it myself?

there will be some screws underneath the brakelight. You can unscrew them buy a new bulb for $3-$5 at an auto parts store and fit it into the slot where the old bulb was than screw it back together $24.00 seems high when it is so easy dealers rip people off.
