Volkswagen: 79 Super Beetle leaking gas, gas leaks, vent tube

Rick, I have had my '79 Epilog back to the shop numerous times for gas leaks.  I thought we had it finally fixed but after two months of daily driving I am still having a leak on the front, middle below the tank area.  All hoses are brand new.  Is it possible that when I start the car that some gas is sucked into the vent tube and this is my issue?  Thanks for any help.

 A few ideas:
- The fuel tank supply port is cracked.
- The fuel regulator return port is cracked.
- The fuel tank is rusted out along the weld line, leaks when gas is sloshed while driving.
- Leaking around the fuel sender, during sloshing.
- Leak from the filler tube, during sloshing again.

Make sure you are using the correct hose sizes and clamps everywhere.
