I have a damaged drivers seat in my VW Bora how can i get it repaired cost effectively?

Perhaps a leather/vinyl repair kit.  Google that, you'll get lots of hits.  Matching the color is a problem.  I do not believe you can buy just the seat material without the whole seat, like you could for a vintage VW bug/bus, but you'd have to contact a dealer and ask.  The only alternative is to just use a seat cover.
