Volvo: Need to make second key

Question
I have a 2009 volvo s40 and only have 1 key. What's the most economical way to make a duplicate? Remote Keys are sold over the internet but they need to be programmed and its attached metal key needs to be cut.

there is not a  option but the dealer ,and buying a key elsewhere can be risky as it must have the original bag with the long and short code or it is useless.As far as i am aware it also has to be programmed by a dealer ,using  vida .Hope this helps rob ...
